GARDN Studio is led by Houyame, a real estate marketing specialist with over a decade of experience in commercial and residential brokerage, construction, and development. After years of working alongside top brokers and developers, she founded GARDN to bring a sharper, more agile approach to property marketing — one rooted in strategy, speed, and design that sells.

Houyame personally oversees every project from start to finish, leading the creative direction and ensuring every detail aligns with her clients’ goals. She works hand-in-hand with a trusted team of collaborators — from visual designers to real estate-savvy writers — as part of GARDN’s extended studio, a dedicated collective that brings consistency, speed, and high-impact creative to every project.
